Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 Chapter 24
It shall be an offence to tattoo a person under the age of eighteen except when the tattoo is performed for medical reasons by a duly qualified medical practitioner or by a person working under his/her direction. You cannot obtain a tattoo under the age of 18 - not even with your parents permission!

The Sailor Jerry Spirit Sailor Jerry Collins (1911-1973) is the most famous tattoo artist of all time. He was the first tattooist to go to Japan to learn the sacred art back in the 20's.
