A tattoo artist can put a ton of detail and unique things into it. Be prepared for an extensive healing on the back. For women, your bra rubbing against it will not only cause pain but can rub off the scab. Also, it can be very painful because almost any move you make you'll feel the pulling of the scab. Keep that in mind when deciding when to get it done. My back tattoo took about 3 weeks to fully heal. Keep it out of the sun and water !
