Post workout lunch! A flatout wrap quesadilla with homemade chipotle mayo & black bean spread, chicken, green and red onion, cilantro and a little bit of mozzarella cheese. I cooked it on my panini press then added lettuce once it was done, and had avocado and salsa on the side to top it with. So good!
