This clip is useful to raise awareness of the importance of balancing healthy food and exercise. Ask the class to make a list of all the things they have eaten in the last week. They could then highlight in green those they could eat as much as they want, in yellow those they should eat a bit everyday, and in red those they should eat only occasionally. Which colour is predominant in their list? How could they improve their eating habits? How could they combine a healthy diet with an exercise routine? Pupils could think of the way they would look in thirty years if they don't look after themselves and draw it in their books.
